well all too soon I am loving this place, these amazing people and their amazing stories and how the Gospel changes their lives!!! it is amazing!!! the church is really growing here incredibly fast! just I wish we could have some sort of training in miskito.. because it is really what a lot of these people need, to hear the gospel in miskito. most here in puerto cabezas are billingual so it isnt really a problem but they feel more comfortable talking to their family in miskito, so I really want to learn but my time is very limited as we leave the house at 9 in the morning to start proselyting. well yeah I have considered sacrificing sleep for miskito study but then I would start falling asleep on accident more during the day than I normally do...Thanks dad for that interesting trait of being able to fall asleep almost mid conversation... just joking.

These people are awesome and there are like three companionships per branch and these three companionships share the same proselyting area. It is pretty cool. I love being a missionary just I get tired a lot but that is ok!! love you all!!

well i got transferd to puerto cabezas!!! woo!!! it is a super cool place on the north east coast of nicaragua. it is awesome. well not much to say other than i am going to need rubber boots so my feet are not wet all the time because it rains so much especially this sunday several roads were flooded beacuse of the rains and that messed up the bus route that brings the members to church. well the people here are sooo humble it is crazy and these humble people are going to change me a lot, the accept us immediately as representatives of jesus christ and trust us with there salvation, i couldn't think of a greater responsibility and i hope that with god i can help a lot of these beautiful wonderfully humble people find the salvation they need in a world of despair, and find the hope that brings the true gospel to thier trusting humble souls.

Rain=lluvia

May 27

It has started to rain, right now and will almost everyday until august. That is how the pacific coast of nicaragua is, awesome right! And as I see the storm clouds churning droping drops of life to the dust covered earth here turning everything within weeks that was all brown and dirt transform into green for reason of the life giving rain. I can´t help but compare it to the healing that comes from the atonement of our savior Jesus Christ. When we turn our life over to him and offer ourselves and our willingness to change if he would just help us. His love and cleansing power of his atonement pours over us like these nicarguan rains. Our parched dry souls rejuvinated into life by his great power and love like the rain over the dusty ground. If we trust in him he will show us the way, that doesnt mean it will be easy, just that he will be there for us every step of the way. He helps us put every step into the ground forward to our goal to return to live him, and when we fall his arm is extended to help us lift ourselves up. and we continue only forward, never backwards and he will guide us everystep of the way.
